Strange white spots on body?

I’ve noticed lately my clownfish has been getting white spots in its body, doesn’t look like ich looks like it’s being picked at but I haven’t seen any of my other fish mess with it, it’s also looking color on certain regions such as the bottom and some in the sides. Can anyone help?

Can you post a video? The pictures just aren’t clear enough.

This isn’t ich, the spots are too localized. They may be tufts of bacteria from an injury.

You may never see another fish attacking this one - while you are watching the fish, they stop fighting and watch you. Also, fighting isn’t continuous, and will come and go over time.
