Picked up mine right after macna from Unique. It has grown quite a bit and the colors are awesome. Will get you a photo of it soon.

I hope it give it another go

That looks a lot like a nasuta type coral. I thought some of the early pictures were of a different species with pink corallites? The early pics I saw were not as good in terms of quality as Chris's, but what I remember was something different, obviously.

Mine's still alive after receiving a frag of it when it first came out. Slow grower in my tank but after reading this thread I'm glad that it's just alive. :)

Here is mine, just got it today. Yes it's brown from shipping but polyps are already coming out. Been in the tank for about 6 hours

The SS should have bright pink coralites and polyps with a lime green base, looks to morph a bit in some people's systems

I have a small from thats about a month old. It took a few weeks for the polyps to fully come out and its starting to encrust and color up.

Received 2 frags today. Unfortunately, they aren't both mine...lol. Pics were taken within about 10 minutes of putting them in my tank. Already seeing polyp extension.

I know it may very with each system but, about how long has it taken for this coral to color up? Mine came in brown and am just curious as to when I might start to see some color. I've only had it a week so I wasn't expecting anything this quick but the wife keeps tellling me, "You paid how much for that?" Its got great polyp extention though.

Frag is about 1.5 months old and is encrusting onto its base, but I expect it will be a slow grower......

Had my frag for a good 4 months now, it's really encrusting the huge frag rock it's on. I think it will start shooting vertically really soon.
