Any body hear of this ?

I randomly looked at my second stream group which is on perm opposite. 0% reduction and 10 to 60s wave.

I looked at it and one was constantly on the max speed and never turned off and the other was going on and off as it should. Has anybody had a stream group freeze? I logged in my ghl and saw pump 4 was stuck on max and 3 was going on and off. I changed to perm and they both turned off and then started going on together and off together. I put back on perm opposite and they started to work correctly. What the heck happened to make one pump freeze on? I dont like this happening so soon with p4.
