I have a stream3. Yesterday, I was trying to set up a diy fishers and had a magnet in my hand. A good bit away from the pump, I could feel the magnet vibrating in my hand. made me wonder, so I need to stay away from it with my magnetic glass cleaner? Can it throw off the balance of the rotor? I know it is mounted with strong magets, but those are paired up

This pump has a very strong magnetic field, this is the reason for the 2 magnets so they don't affect the rotation. It is possible to imbalance it temporarily if magnets are nearby but it won't cause any real harm other than vibration.

Thanks Roger - I figured if it was an issue, there would be a clear warning on the packaging since magnetic glass cleaners are common and tunze sells their own. But I thought I'd ask - I like the pump too much to wreck it!
