Stressed Tang - HLLE

Over the last month or so, my purple tang has been developing more and more spots - can anyone diagnos if its hlle with this photo? Adding Selcon to his meals but is there anything else I can do? All other fish and coral are doing great & no signs of anything similiar.

that's a hippo tang and it looks beat up
