Is my clown ok? She seems to have white stringy poop, could it be stress related as I just added a new light and did a big water change?

Stringy white poo is typically related to two possible causes. It can be intestinal cells from not having eaten in a long time (typical of fish rapidly shipped through the supply chain) or internal parasites. Using a binder like Focus to get Metroplex (or General Cure) and Kanaplex to stick to food is often the best way to treat them if it is internal parasites.

When you use it with focus it binds it to the food, reef safe.
