Stringy corals?? Please help, pics attached.

hey there,

So I changed the flow in my tank and now I am experiencing some weird stuff from my torches, I am worried its not too much flow but when I change it and my torches look perfect my gonio and alveo get too much flow. ugh, anyways below are some pics.... anyone know whats going on? is the flow the problem, also looks like one of the torches is sweeping (pic attached)

oh yeah? okay, I thought they looked a bit shrivelled .... Thank you for responding

If these pictures were taken within a week of you moving them/adjusting flow or light, don't worry, let them settle in and continue doing things as normal. They look to be in adjustment mode. Kinda shriveled but not. They will work it out [emoji1360]
