Couldn't find a similar example searching for previous posts. Any ideas? other SPS in the tank seem fine, parameters stable.

Either filaments or tube worm but honestly , to best assess, please send pics again but under bright white lighting, No blue please

Why don't you think it's mesenterial filaments? Sometimes when an Acropora is going to branch you will see areas with mesenterial filaments first.
