How do copepods do in a strong flow environment. I have a refugium and I’m wondering how long it will take for them to take hold in the display where the flow is strong. I have live sand and added algae barn copepods to the refugium so I’m sure they are present.
How are they supposed to take hold to the rockwork when the flow is so strong?

Add them to the display at night when the flow is off and give them 15-30 minutes to hide.
FWIW, I can't imagine flow so strong that it would limit pods in the tank... At least not one with fish or coral

I have pretty strong flow and those pods stay planted on a thin layer of film algae on my glass.
