OK so I have a API calcium test kit, i have to mix 2 reageants the first one is 10 drops and the second 1 drop shake one drop shake.... you get the picture, until it changes from pink to blue. So it says to keep track of all the drops I put in to determine the ca++ level. So my question is do I add all the drops together? Or is the first 10 drops excluded, and I count just the second reageant drops? Thanks in advance guy!!! and sorry for the stupid question.:nerd:

You DO NOT count the initial 10 drops from bottle #1 towards the total. I know my Ca is at least 300 from my dosing regimen so for bottle #2 I always start off with 15 drops in a row and shake and see where I am at. I emailed API and they told me it was ok to do that.

nothing stupid about that question lol, test kits are sometimes very confusing, color charts are made by color blind workers and the conversions from various measures whoa! Saliferts are pretty straight forward but still you have to concentrate quite a bit the first few times
