Every so often I will broadcast coral food when the lights go out. Reef chile is a good one.

Mostly the fish poop is good food for the coral.

hmm okay, was trying to see if anybody saw any noticible diff when feeding, i dose AB+ and phyto every now n then and was wondering if theyd be beneficial for it

I do as well for years, weekly, no flow for an hour, very happy with results, fuller more vibrant, but it it takes some time.

do u dose phyto or any kind of live/frozen foods? the tank only has 3 fish so theres not alot of nutrients to go off of unless i dose them myself. trying to maximize growth
