Substrate in clam's mouth

i cleaned the substrate and I see that some got inside the clam's mouth ?

Should I do anything ??

Beautiful clam!

I would worry about it. It is pretty common for some sand to get in it from time to time. Your clam can expel unwanted small debris that might get into it.
