I was curious as to if anyone has ever experienced to sugar dosing. I have found some information online that suggest adding 1 tea spoon of sugar to 60g water volume daily, will help reduce Nitrates. The idea is that the sugar helps fuel the bacteria that will export the nitrate. Has anyone ever done this or had success with this? It is also suggested to kick the skimmer up a notch to help with the export.
