I tried searching this but did not find anything definitive.

I’m setting up scheduled tasks in Aquarimate for my new AIO. I have a fairly busy life and want as many reminders as possible to be automated

Over and above observing and routine maintenance, I want to schedule a periodic full pull out, cleaning and maintenance for my ATO and sump pumps.

What is a good interval to do this? I was thinking either quarterly or bi-annually, but wanted to see what was working for others.

It all depends on your tank. First time I would set it to 4months to see the situation, if dirty then continue with quarterly. If not 6mos is fine. I’ve had a skimz pump in my old tank for 2yrs. I messed up and glued it to plumbing so technically can’t take it apart to clean and it’s been running fine.
