I have these two mp40s, they work fine, but the wire on both the the magnet side and controller side are exposed. Any advice on what product to buy to fix this? Like liquid tape or just electrical tape?

I've never used this style, but it looks like it might do the trick, check the size in the datasheet before you pull the trigger.

Some electrical tape would also do the trick, from the picture it doesn't look like any of the conductors are damaged.

If the conductors are damaged i'd prob cut them, re-solder with shrink tube over each conductor and then one over the sleeve.
