Have a Falco Hawkfish well settled into a Nuvo 20. Looking to add something else for more movement and activity. I know the hawk is a little aggressive... what could I put in to join him?

My first thought was to add a smaller Falco, and simply pair them up.
That's actually a great idea. And relatively easy since they can change sex both ways...
But I would rather add a larger one. Some initial aggression is normal and part of the sec change process. So, whether you add a larger or a smaller, be prepared to put one (ideally always the larger and/or the current resident) into an acclimatization box or divide off a part of the tank.

I have one in my display. They aren't very mobile (usually just sit there and stare at you) but certainly packs a personality. I will have to caveat that all hawk fishes I have ever had are jerks to any fish similar in size or smaller. They will try to eat anything that can fit through their mouth (especially long thin fish like firefish, gobies, and blennies). So, please bear that in mind when seeking tankmates.
