What is the best vac to clean my sump out with I don’t need it to take out any water though just the dirt ect

You can try the waste collector design used in freshwater aquariums

No matter what your going to remove water
I use a 3/8 hose and siphon out what I can in the beginning of a large water change

If I’m in a hurry I use a bucket vac i purchased from Home Depot can remove like 4.5 gallons in 2 minutes

There are a bunch of electric gravel washers available on Amazon, it really depends on your specific needs.
