Hi, i will start up a 125g mixed reef soon, and wasnt going to have a sump, but now i decided that its probably better to have one. I will probably do a 35 gallon glass aquarium for the sump. What do i need to put in the sump, i know algae, skimmer, and pumps, but i have questions like "how many gph should the pumps have, how do i connect the sump to the aquarium if i want the sump hidden, etc. Anyone have a basic layout or something for a 125g?

ok... would a 2300 one be ok? (Thats the only one i can find on amazon, otherwise one that is exactly 2000gph is for a pond or fouantin)
Perfect! Make sure that you can adjust flow.

Check out Bulkreefsupply.com
marinedepot.com
premiumaquatics
saltwateraquarium.com

All are better sources for aquarium stuff than amazon, amazon does have cheap basic stuff though

If you have the room for a 40 gallon breeder size tank I think you'd prefer it over the 32. With a 120, the amount of water that'll possibly come back into the sump after turning the return pump off, it might be getting a little close to overflowing.

For a baffle kit, Jax Racks makes some really nice ones. https://www.ebay.com/sch/jax.racks/m.html you can go to his website as well if you'd like to inquire about custom setups or adjustments for your application.
