What hoses and fittings do I need to make a water jug for this gravity fed float switch ato? I have very little plumbing knowledge this tank is currently cycling. Sump is the Af-100.

That’s good and leave your to unit on so when the float switch drops down from water evaporation the to will turn on and fill it back up etc etc

Mines is also gravity fed on one of my tanks and I use a tunze 3155 ato on my other tank and no my float valve is mounted normal where the ro line goes top down if that makes sense. If your float valve is upside down. Unscrew it and flip it the right way

Should be all 1/4” push connections I could be wrong but is your float valve mounted to upside down?

Is there a small pump your going to use or is it all gravity fed?
It was most definitely upside down, I flipped it over and am getting the fittings and hoses now so I can make a 5-10 gallon top off reservoir. It will all be gravity fed but I'm not against a small pump if it helps.

I have been using gravity fed ATO for years now and love it just make sure you get a inline valve to shut down the ATO during maintenance, inspect the float valve monthly to make sure it’s clean and not getting stuck
