I have an extra AL prime light I was thinking about using in my sump, I have a mangrove, and chaeto growing, I’m just using a round led plant bulb now, not much growth.

Any thoughts? Thanks guys!

It can definitely be done. You'll want to ramp up the blue and red spectrum to create a sort of pink color output. I don't know if AI still offers the spectral graph on the app or not, but if it does, try to match this as close as possible. This is the spectral output of a Kessil H380 which is arguably the best led grow light available.
