What kind of bulb should I get and what's a good timer to use??

Something as simple as this from a big box store, along with a clamp on light. Looking for something in the 6,500K spectrum in my opinion. Any simple timer will work. Most run the fuge lighting opposite of the display lighting schedule. Just my $.02 for an economical solution.

Yup these are the tried and true bulbs for fuges. they also come in a spiral design but it's basically the same thing.
