Over the weekend I had my power flicker. It was enough to restart my tank. That afternoon, I had seen that my skimmer was overflowing. I was not surprised as this typically happens with start up until the water in my sump levels out. Since I wasn't around to delay the start of the skimmer, it overflowed. Now my situation is as follows...

The inlet to the sump is acting like a skimmer, bubbling up, and I cant seem to get it to stop. Any suggestions?

Seems as if I solved the problem myself. Water Change Wednesday.

After the water change, the bubbles in my inlet to my sump seem to have went away. I also cleaned my skimmer and got that running and not overflowing, that seemed to help take the bubbles away from the inlet as well.
