i have newly setup of salt water aquarium in which 40 gallons sumps is installed as well.
i have one problem....when water goes to sump from upper side of aquarium, the water makes noise while falling into sump . i fixed the cotton filter in order to remove the noise but after few hours, water comes up till air hole (pipe) of the sump and it makes very grunty noise..........which disturbs me and and my family...please advise how to getrid from such horrible sound in sump....
