So I'm looking to find the best sump for my 120 gallon tank. I would love to see some photos of other people's sumps and what they recommend

Funny timing. I just redid my sump this past weekend on a 120g display. Went from a converted 55g which I hated, to a Trigger 36 Elite. Still need to take care of the cable/wire management. Just one example as there are many ways to skin a cat.

I have a trigger I like it wish it would have come with 4 probe holders, that's the only thing I would change. I will post a picture when I get home tomorrow, Good luck

Now that's clean! Want to swap mine out eventually, just need to find what works best for my needs. So much extra space for doodads and whatnot left in mine. Decisions, decisions. Lol

Well i've been doing a lot of research and I've come to the conclusion that the only way I am going to get the sump I want is to build it myself. So yesterday I ordered my acrylic should be coming in in the next few days I hope to work on it soon.

That is sexy.

What's your budget, if you don't mind? Are you looking for something with all the gadgets and gizmos, or something simple?

TONS of custom makers out there that could give you exactly what you want. But gotta love a good DIY project! Now you have to start a new thread to document the build :)

This is my 40" Elite-Aquatics sump that is going under my 125. They have stock sumps and will build custom, or make changes to their existing designs. This was a stock design, but I asked them to build it with the blue acrylic, instead of the red that they use on most of their sumps.
