anyone had any dealings with these folks? i ordered a 25 polyp sun coral and 2 conchs from them back in august. took a long time but the sun coral arrived and it is drop dead beautiful. bad news is the conchs were not present. i have corresponded back and forth 4 times in the last month. i get replies like someone is looking into it, we changed management, etc., but i have neither a refund or the conchs. has anyone else had any issues with them?
