Sunrise Dottyback

Has anyone experienced problems with the Sunrise Dottyback and aggression!? Mine was added to a 190 gal reef last and has been a model citizen. Did I just get lucky? I was told they can be terrors in a tank.

Yes! We had one for about a half of a year and out of nowhere it became very aggressive with all of the fish in our tank especially the fish that had the same colors. I ended up trapping it and trading it in. It was funny I swear, as it got meaner the more red came out on it's back. I would suggest not putting any different dottybacks in with it.

I just recently added one. He's been fine for now. He shares a tank with an Eibli and from what I've seen they hang out.
