Super fast growing algae on glass and new rock

Ok help me out. This stuff grows by the minute, much faster on glass, but it has shown up on some new rocks I added. It roots to the glass but the growth can be blown off pretty easy. I do need to scrape to get rid of the root.

Can't tell anything without better pics under white light and full tank parameters. Snotty appearance could be dinos.

It's not dinos (unless this is a type I'm unaware of), it's whiteish, but once it gets longer a brown tint develops. I can try and get a shot under a scope if that would help. But when I looked at it previously under the scope, it wasn't the little almond shaped pills typical of dinos. It doesn't touch the sand bed or established live rock and there are no air bubbles. It does dissipate based on lighting either.

Also if I blow it off the glass, it doesn't just break apart like dinos, it floats around the tank like a sand storm.

I am getting a UV, just still researching which one still. Also not a sign of this at all in the sump
