Superman digi placement?

What the heck do I have to do to get some blue out of this thing? I've had it in a few different spots over the past few mos and it just won't pop. Thanks for any input.

250w radiums in lumenarcs, on Lumatek digital ballasts, overdriven on HQI setting, also T5 actinics. No nutrients, stable params, all other sps looks great.

Do you have a picture? I got a small frag awhile back and I have it high up in my tank of 6x54w t5. It looks like a purple digi, but I know it is a superman digi.
