I have a Redsea reefled 90 over my waterbox 60.2. Do I need more light for a mixed reef, something like a hybrid led to add more light.

you will be able to get away with just the RL90 for awhile. i have a similar dimension tank. added the aquatic life t5 hybrid and it was a night and day difference with corals growth and health.

i got the t5 version- that would work but for me t5s has really transformed my tank. it sucks having to spend 80 bucks a year to change the bulbs but i love the look now.
What color bulbs are you using and at what intensity

the bulb combo from front to back is actinic, blue plus, super purple, blue plus. its the non dimmable version so t5s are at 100%. i run the t5s for 5 hours. but at that time i also turn my leds down to 40% rather than 80%. par was too much with the leds on full blast and t5s at the same time.
