Hello friends! Back into the hobby after 25 yrs and things sure have changed! I have looked for info about what my lighting should be, yet, haven't found anything that made me feel zen about it lol

I have 28g AIO nanocube with a small mix of RBTA'S, 2 Kenya trees, 1 frogspawn, 1 hammer, few frags of zoas, 2 clowns.

Here's pic of my light that's 40w, the rows on my schedule go from white, red, blue. Any advice on what tweaking it needs to help me keep them just as happy as they make me feel :) Thank you so so much!!!!!!

Blues at max, whites to taste, with reds not to exceed your whites. 4-8 hours full spectrum. Just start low at 1/2 power for everything and go up 1% per day or so
