Hello,

i'm planning on switching my live sandbed with a new (better one).
What is the safest way to change the sandbed without having a biological disaster? lol.
& should i use new live sand or rinsed dry sand?

it's a waterbox 50.3 AIO tank.

Thank you!

I would probably just siphon the sand bed overtime so there is less debris when you scoop it out. Definitely wanna do it in small sections slowly so you dont cause a bacteria bloom or anything. You can use dry sand when you replace it just wash it real good.
