I switched all my corals into another tank that was cycled until I get my new tank cycled and I left my live rock in my old tank until the new tank gets here and then I'm gonna move my live rock to that tank and my salt level that the rock is in is at 1.022 will that be ok or do I need to raise the salt it will be in there until this weekend coming up so can anyone let me know if the rock will be ok in the way of the live bacteria on it or should I raise the salt up??

What should I keep the salt level at so that the bacteria doesn't die so I can seed my new tank with it

They will be fine. There's no action I've heard of shy of medication events that will kill the filtration/bac, even with salinity and temp changes within the norm we encounter in tank management

I will keep the new tank at 1.025 but right now the rock is sitting in water that measures 1.022 until my new tank gets here this week and then I'll put the rock in the new tank and cycle the new tank

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
