Hi,

I am looking for some technical help or maybe some pointers on why my pump keeps on doing this?

It seems to have got worse over the past few months.

What is happening is the pump is intermittently loosing wifi connection and I get a notification on the app and by email.

It reconnects on its own.

My guess is its caused by the router, maybe it refreshing the connection or something?

I am using a BT Smart Hub 2.

Thanks.

I have a comparable Sicce SDC pump and the same thing happens for me. When I asked about it, I was told it was likely an issue with the WIFI were it briefly drops the connection and a WIFI extender (or comparable) would probably help. I'm curious to know if you find out anything differently.

Does it do it every day? I notice I get this issue 1-2 days a month, and you also can't use the wifi control when its disconnected, extremely frustrating.

After freaking out and rampaging , I googled and found out that sicce sometimes updates their system - without any notice to customers, so we all get disconnected. In this case its their fault, not yours.

But if it happens to you every day, then IDK, it happens to me very infrequently, but I don't worry about it anymore, it always corrects itself after a few hours.

I'm not sure about the OP, but for me it is also once or twice a month.
