System time vs Log time

Has anyone experienced or noticed that when you enter a log entry, that the log time is off by one hour as compared to the system time?

(Pardon the few minute difference, had to grab screen snips.)

I actually posted the same question on the GHL forum under the same username. I was able to resolve it by:
-Changed the Automatic Setting to : NTP
-Power cycled the Profilux
-Clear the browser cache - which is key as the setting alone didn't affect the time.
