T-5 Bulbs Which are better to replace with?

well I got pretty good amount of SPS but just seems like growth is really slow.

What brand is the light? The reflectors and most important the cooling has a huge effect on par and growth.

Its a 120 with a Current 6 bulb reflector is really good and has 4 fans.

Yeah when you get your dosing amount figured out an get alk, ca, and mag steady I think you will see better growth.

Cal & Mag are always steady,Just the Alk has been getting down to 7 which I would perfer around 9,just seems like that number everything is really extended as in polyps

yeah im thinking bout switching to led,but heard T-5 produce better growth and color. Thats just what I've heard,I have a led over my frag tank and been there about 2 months and so far all my frags seem to be growing and keeping there colors pretty good..I think ill stay 1 more year with T-5 then Led will be cheaper..

In my opinion, a 6 bulb on a 120 is a little undersized for SPS. Even if you were running an ATI or Tek elite fixture. Colors will stay nice, but growth will be slower.
