I'm desperately seeking a ( or multiple ) programmed start ballast replacements for a couple 2x24w T5 HO fixtures that I am running on 2 different tanks, and I need your help! The HEP ones at BRS have been out of stock forever which I'm guessing is because they are being phased out and replaced by LED. Surely someone has to make a decent replacement for all the fixtures that are already being used.

Yeah, I know, I should just switch to LED. I actually already use LEDs on both tanks, but I just really like the coverage and looks of T5s supplemented w/LED not the other way around. I have no use for dimmable ballasts and I'm trying not to pay $60-$80 each. I'm also not trying to get something so cheap that I have to replace it more often than I replace the bulbs.

I've been all over the internet trying to figure this out on my own, but I feel like I am getting more and more confused the more I search. Can someone with some experience please point me in the right direction specifically on which one is a solid option and possibly provide a link?

TIA!!!!

I have no idea how I have not found this information. THANK YOU. I will redirect my search

I did find them allegedly available on Marine and Reef which is where I was redirected when I searched for AquaticLife. Still pricey @ $45 but I guess this is not a cheap hobby.

I think I got a couple ballasts on the way, I went off @56longroof advise and just emailed AquaticLife. they had a couple that they were able to get out to me.
