T5 Lighting and radions

I'm throwing on some t5 lights and I'm also running radions xr30. What would be your light schedule for a mixed reef with 2 black widow nems in a basket at the top of the tank? Tank is a 93 gallon cube, 30x30x30 roughly. I don't want to blast the nems too bad.

For my SPS 120 gal reef I run 4t5 blue blue bulbs and 2 gen 4 xr15 pros and a gen 3 xr 30 in the middle at 30 % on ab plus schedule t5 for 4 hours and the radions for 12 hours . My nems are at the bottom of the tank though.
