T5HO Bulb Selection - 2 Part Question

Hello all, I am looking for one single color T5HO bulb that would tingle my corals into bright bushy globs of glory more than any other bulb color. Mostly I will be using them for frogspawns, torch corals and such. I am more interested in them being healthy, with the production of a lot of Zooxanthellae more than anything else. Growth and color would take a second place if they are not hand in hand already with just being healthy and able to ward off disease at the same time.

If you had only 1 choice for the color of a T5HO 80w bulb to achieve that, what would it be? I hear a 420nm bulb would be the choice, but, thats good on paper. I am wondering what works in the real world.

Either an ati blue plus or coral plus. Blue plus if you like more blue and coral plus if you like more white.

I saw the blue pluses in a fish store and really liked them, so, that seems to work out great, for color. Thanks.

Blue+ if it were one bulb only.. two and it would be coral + and blue+ :)
