Is there anyway to get a clear photo when shooting at an angle through the aquarium glass? All my shots come out useless. Any settings that i should try? I've been shooting at f32 to get the entire coral in focus and adjusting exposure to whatever is necessary for proper lighting.

No.

The glass will distort the image from an angle. You can only get good photos when directly perpendicular to the glass.
