So I have 6 tangs in my 200 gallon. Koi, yellow, yellow eye kole are the originals. Added a powder brown, orange shoulder and sailfin. Escaped the whole tank and added a bunch more rock. Everything is good except the koi and sailfin. The koi won’t let the sailfin out of the foot or so of the left side of the tank over by the toadstool except during feeding time. Then no one is ticked and everyone eats. Once food is gone, it’s back to the same. How long should I wait before I intervene? Not sure I would even be able to catch the sailfin without completely tearing the tank down which isn’t going to happen. Should I just let them figure it out and wait until the sailfin is brave enough to come out?

I recently affixed a 12x12 inch mirror to the middle of my tank to stop fish aggression and it worked great. 3 days later and all fish are buddies.
