Hello,

I currently have 2 40 breeders, 20 and 30 gallon quarantine tank and later this year I plan to upgrade to a 180 or 210 as my final tank size instead of 2 40 displays. So I've begun slowly buying the fish I want in small sizes (1in to 3in) and adding them to my tanks so that I have all fish before I change over. Reason is so I have the fish and know they are healthy before I put them in the display all at once.

My dad has a clown tang (year and half old around 3 in long) and she's getting to big for my dads 50 shallow reef so I wanted to ask if she would be compatible with my stock list for my 180 or 210?

The fish stock as currently planned is (All are around 1 to 3 in)
- Sailfin Tang (Own)
- Yellow Tang (Own)
- Ocellaris Clown (Own)
- Green Wrasse (Own)
- Yellow Wrasse (Own)
- Multicolor Lubbocks Wrasse (Own)
- Hooded Fairy Wrasse (Own)
- Melanarus Wrasse (Own)
- Six line Wrasse (Own)
- Ruby Head Wrasse (Own)
- Lawnmower Blenny (Own)
- McCoskers Flasher Wrasse
- Linespot Flasher Wrasse
- Foxface (Magnificent or yellow)
- Pink Margin Fairy Wrasse
- Solorensis Wrasse
- Orangepeel Dwarf Angel or Tomini Tang
- Yellow Candy Hogfish
- Green Mandarin (Own)
- lyretail anthias trio (undecided)

Clown tangs are highly aggressive, once it gets settled in, it could be a terror. Its a 50/50 with that tang imo.

Clowns are very aggressive. Even a 180-210g is too small to contain it's aggression.

sail-fin tangs get picked on too easily to keep something like a clown tang. IMO.

in the past I once had a yellow tang and a sailfin tang and it ended up wit the sailfin having to be sold because the yellow tang was too aggressive.
