I’ve got a few tangs in my system and they seem a bit “off” to me.

Tomini tang seems to have a few isolated white dots that seem to be raised.

The Hawaiian tang looks rough to me but behaved/eats normally. It seems to be pretty bumpy around the stomach (internal parasites?) and looks like it may have velvet? MaHe was a recent addition (2-3 weeks ago) and was purchased via a reputable online dealer who quarantines. Always just assumed he looked a bit off because it seemed to be a younger fish and is captive bred.

More info about the other tank inhabitants: Everyone is eating as normal, no loss of appetite. My convict tang seems normal. I have notice him flashing every once in a while. I have noticed my Midas blenny also flashing rarely onto the sand (seemed to be territorial?).

Tank parameters are:
Tank age: ~5 months (transfer from previous 40g tank)
Tank size: 5x2x2 150g w
Temp: 79
pH: 7.92
Alk: 8.32 dkh
Calcium: 454
Magnesium: 1333
Nitrates: 20.3
Phosphates: .06
*Chems taken before my weekly 1% WC

Anyone want to confirm my suspicions and solidify my decision to not use this reputable online fish vendor again?

Is the yellow tang stomach an open wound. It appears very odd. Also both fish appear to have ich. Do you have a QT setup? See the protoco link below.

I suspect from pics you are facing ich. The Tomini shows ich spots and tang appears to have mucus plugs and likely cryptocaryon which is Marine Ich and a freshwater dip will offer temporary relief IF fish is not breathing heavily. After dip, You will need to place fish in Quarantine tank and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.25-2.5 For a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.

I do have a 30 gallon quarantine tank but that obviously isn’t feasible for the 18 fish that I currently have. I’ll have to figure out a plan moving forward. Thanks for the confirmation.
