I have recently bought a new naso Tang I've had it for about 10 days now and he still not eating when he sees me he'll run and hide is this something I should be worried about he still looks like he's in good health he's just not eating or do I need to give him more time to get used to the tank

Try a small amount of a variety of food. Also put an algae clip with a piece of seaweed.

Nasos are notoriously skittish when acquired. Try clipping a half sheet of nori and leave the room. Come back leater to see if there is any evidence it ate it.

Just out of curiosity, did you see the fish eat anything before you purchased it? Ten days is a long time IMO. I hope the fish is ok.
