Some good basic info would be first to QT. Tangs are litteraly ich magnets and its almost quaranteed theyll get it or have it. I would suggest a cleaner shrimp or neon goby pair but they might not make it with the other fish in the tank. But they are excellent at cleaning the fish. Good food is another. Nori and other kinds of marine seaweed should be a main stay in his diet. A good variety of frozen food will do them well too. Also, just know that Hippos grow very fast. If hes going in your 75g hes gonna out grow it in a couple years at most. HTH
