Is my tank cycled?

I added a ton of live rock and live sand, I tested ammonia and there’s 0. I just tested nitrate with my Hanna checker and it’s at 6.4. I just added 2 clowns today and they seem very happy. I want to maybe put a zoa in there to see if it’s good for easy coral.

Anyone have any recommendations let me know.

How long has the tank been up? Did you use actual live rock from somewhere like TBS or Gulf Rock or was it from a LFS? Reason I'm asking is, usually, the rock at a LFS is just "wet".

I can test phos right in a moment. The rock was from a LFS and it was immediately put into a bucket and then into my tank. It’s been in his system for a long time so it’s cycled rock.

I’m just suprised there’s no ammonia but some nitrate. The system has only been up for a week, my old tank crashed and I reset everything.

If you are showing no ammonia, you should be good to go. Did you use anything out of your tank? If the rock was from an established tank, it should have been an 'instant' cycle.

What do you mean anything out of the tank? It was all cycled rock if that’s what you mean. I’m going to test phos what should it be at?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. I meant did you transfer anything from your old tank. Then, since the rock you used came from the LFS out of an established tank, it was already colonized with beneficial bacteria.
I keep my nitrate around 5-10 and phosphate 0.05 - .10. You may not show much phosphate since you just introduced fish, most phosphates in our system come from feeding the fish and fish waste.

If previously cycled rock you're pretty much good to go. No surprise that there's no ammonia in this context.

I fed the tank before I had fish to start the cycle. My phos is high it’s at .28 I should prob do a water change

I would leave it be. New sand? Only a week in, the ammonia cycle might be instant, but you have other organisms that will be consuming other nutrients.
