Is my reef tank cycled?

Been 1 month of cycling, but not sure about nitrite levels.

Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 3ppm
Nitrate: 50ppm

After one week of cycling my ammonia dropped, and within the next week, the nitrite did too, but ever since, nitrite has been at the same level without any dosing. I’ve seen multiple threads talk about nitrite not mattering in reef tanks, and so my question is, would this be classed as cycled?
I have been using MB7 and api QuickStart

You're cycled

You can safely ignore nitrite, it's non toxic in saltwater. You can safely start to slowly add some hardy livestock.

You have nitrates so time to move slowly forward. Not a recommendation but I roll on when i see nitrates and don't even test ammonia or nitrite.

One thing to keep in mind is your nitrate levels are so high because of the presence of nitrites, they throw off any hobbyist grade test kit. You're cycled, nitrite isn't harmful to fish at those levels, it's just up to you if you want to wait the extra time to get nitrites to 0.
