I want to pump my RODI to my tanl which is 75 ft away. Can I use a new garden hose (drinking water safe), or do I need to use clear vinyl tubing?

I would use the clear tubing. Garden hoses may leach unknowns. JWTCW.

Drinking water safe hose should be fine. Flexzilla brand and drinking water hoses for RVs are good choices. Some hoses have lead in them to make them flexible.

Vinyl tubing can get expensive, and I recently found out lowes and HD changed thier supplier so the hose is kind of flat from being coiled(and no it will always stay flat lol).

What I am using now is just 2 50 foot RV hoses with the brass ends cut off. Think they were like 20$ a piece at walmart.
