This is a very basic setup and while not impossible to sustain fish and coral may pose challenges as you have a mechanical filter. You want to have mechanical , biological and chemical to manage proper water quality. The canister you have will polish water and trap particles .I have a 20 gallon nano with a Fluval ac50 filter and Fluval aquasky light I have 2 clownfish currently. Thinking about adding a goby or bleeny. And maybe a pink lady sea urchin or small starfish with some coral any pointers is great

I like the fish you chose .
