I have a 20 gallon nano with a Fluval ac50 filter and Fluval aquasky light I have 2 clownfish currently. Thinking about adding a goby or bleeny. And maybe a pink lady sea urchin or small starfish with some coral any pointers is great

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I personally would add more rock in there before adding another fish.

This is a very basic setup and while not impossible to sustain fish and coral may pose challenges as you have a mechanical filter. You want to have mechanical , biological and chemical to manage proper water quality. The canister you have will polish water and trap particles .
Chemical is what traps and breaks down chemical compounds such as feces and uneaten food often accomplished with use of carbon and GFO as examples
Biological is what utilizes the natural process of biological filtration such as use of ceramic nuggets, bio blocks, and microscopic bacteria surfaces as examples. Best it to add or use a hang on refugium such as Reef octopus or AquaMaxx unit and even add a hang on skimmer such as ice cap K1- or K2 100

Welcome to R2R!

Blenny FTW.
Urchin for the laughs.
I would do a lot of research before adding a starfish.

I like the fish you chose . I cannot keep urchins alive for some reason. as to starfish be careful some are very aggressive to Coral
