Tank Planning Questions (Red Sea XL 200 G2)

Hello,
I am planning a new tank and am leaning towards a Red Sea XL 200 G2 for my office.

#1: I would like to have a Valentini Puffer and Coral Beauty angel in it. These are fish I have always wanted, but I do not want to risk coral nipping in my XL425. Is the XL200 large enough for both?

#2 I am partial to using DC pumps to keep noise down. Would a RO Varios2 or Syncra SDC 3.0 be a large enough return pump or should I step to the next size up?

#3 Is it worth getting the Deluxe package with the included ReefLED 90 or would I be better off picking my own light? I run Radions on my XL425.

idk never had these fish but I heard they will pick
